I am both a practitioner and a theorist of personal branding as a leadership tool. A practitioner, because for over ten years I have supported managers and executives, in large groups and mid-sized companies alike, as a trainer, keynote speaker and coach. A theorist, as an author since 2021 and through research on its psychological effects.

Two questions guide me today:

  • How can we write our next chapter through personal branding, without suffering its pitfalls or its psychological toll?
  • How can we help workers rewrite their professional identity as artificial intelligence transforms jobs?
